Quality Control - Ensuring Every Air Purifier (Home Air Purifier, Medical Air Purifier, Commercial Air Purifier and Car Air Purifier) and Viruskiller Meets the Highest Standards

We prioritize quality control at every stage to ensure that each unit delivered to our clients performs reliably, safely, and in compliance with international standards.

Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)
All critical components, including filters, motors, sensors, and circuit boards, undergo detailed incoming quality checks for dimensions, performance, and durability before entering production.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During assembly, each unit is monitored through multiple checkpoints to verify structural integrity, electrical safety, airflow consistency, and component alignment.

Performance Testing and Functional Validation
Every air purifier and viruskiller is subjected to real-time operational testing to validate airflow rate, purification efficiency (including PM2.5 and formaldehyde removal), ion output, and disinfection capabilities.

Safety and Reliability Testing
We simulate real-world usage conditions to test thermal protection, noise levels, anti-leakage measures, and overall durability to ensure safe and reliable performance over time.

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)
Before packaging, each finished product is 100% inspected for cosmetic defects, control interface accuracy, filter installation, and firmware function to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.
